James Joseph Studio opened in the summer of 2005 as a necessary addition to the James Joseph family. The miraculous growth of James Joseph since our founding in 1997 is due to the deep commitment of our staff to each other and to our craft.

We strive to constantly educate ourselves in the most current techniques and to make a warm and welcoming environment for our clients. The knowledge of our staff has been featured in numerous magazines. We have also developed an extensive training program that has produced some of the most talented stylists in Boston. Our apprentices train for over 18 months before taking clients, and our entire staff attends monthly classes.

We have hosted some of the top educators, platform artists, and senior executives from Wella, Goldwell, Sebastian, and Phytologie. The employees and owner of the company have been featured in over 25 national magazines and 5 national television programs, worked with major designers like Carolina Herrera and Oscar de la Renta, and won about 20 awards including �Top 20 Salons in the US� and �200 Fastest Growing Salons in the Country.� Our owner, William George, was recently profiled in an American Salon article entitled �Managing With Heart.�

In the future, expect to see a James Joseph Product Line and more James Joseph Studio locations.
