It has truly been a great year for James Joseph and our best year with Boston Magazine. Erica Colameta from James Joseph Salon won "Best Hair Colorist - Brunettes" though she is great at all color, and Kashmir from James Joseph Studio Boston won "Best Bang For Your Buck - Haircut" though she is a great colorist too. Yankee Magazine gave James Joseph Studio "Best Affordable Salon." We like the term "Affordable Luxury" when speaking of the James Joseph Studios. The Improper Bostonian gave us "Best Hair Smoothing" for our Italian Keratin Treatment, a treatment that literally changes lives. And Stuff Magazine featured us in "Hot Hair Fix: Sebastian Professional's Texture Tandem Treatment," a customized texture and conditioning treatment that we prescribe for you hair's particular needs. July 22, 2009 - Slotted for a September 2009 opening, Fulham Salon represents a new chapter in James Joseph's growth. James Joseph owner William George is teaming up with senior stylist Igor Vasiljuk to create a James Joseph affiliated salon in Newton Center. The new salon will have the same commitment to friendly customer service, education, and training that is the hallmark of James Joseph. Igor has been with the company for 3 years and has a long history in Europe, having worked in well known London salons like Toni and Guy Salon and Valentino Salon and having owned Fulham Salons in London and Belgrade. Igor and William are also bringing over an internationally known and published young stylist from the Belgrade salon.
